A bit of justice at last! I like the way the "Tagged" rip-off submission was dealt with. Now it' s time that this "Who I Am" submission be dealt with. I've seen this image in at least a dozen different places as backgrounds, avatars, etc. so I seriously doubt that Marconi is the true owner of the design.

Also, it is truly a ripoff of a Miyavi image. (For those who didn't already know, Miyavi is a famous Japanese rock singer.) It's been months since this has gone unnoticed by Threadless moderators! I know it would be almost impossible to contact Miyavi all the way in Japan and confirm this issue with him, but at least stop selling and producing this design.

And please don't say that it's a possibility that Miyavi saw this design and wanted to replicate it in real life. There's no way he could have "coincidentally" come across this site (out of the billions of sites on the WWW). Furthermore, he's half way across the world in a nation that primarily doesn't speak English.
