How and when do you "win" by submitting a slogan? Does your slogan need to get above a certain % score after a certain amount of votes or something?

Just curious.

So, I thought of a slightly random t-shirt slogan the other day and was about to consign the idea to my mental "deleted items" file when I remembered that you could submit type tee slogans here on Threadless. It's a bit addictive though isn't it? I'm just sitting here trying to think them up instead of doing any work now :-/
