Xbox 360 vs PS3

Ok so I lucked out when I walked into Target today and saw a 20gb PS sitting there, naturally I bought it b/c of the hype.

I haven't opened it yet or anything, but I'm thinking about returning it... Why?

Well b/c I have a new HD tv and I want my current movie library to look better and the PS3 does not upscale, but the Xbox360 HDplayer add on does.

So that's my dilemma should I return it and get an xbox w/the HD player? I know I could sell the PS3, but I don't want to go through with the hassle.

Keep the PS3. Microsoft...well, that's a personal vendetta.

Think more of the future, if you can watch your DVDs as you always have, you should be happy with that, and also you'll be able to get your hands on the next generation of movies.

The 360 is also nowhere near as powerful as the PS3 for gaming.

well I'm not happy with my DVD's as they are on my HDTV that's the problem... I have a ps2 and I wanted to upgrade my console and dvd player so I figured a ps3 or xbox would be the way to go.

Only suckers buy newly released consoles. You wait til they're cheaper and there are a bunch of good games released. Also, all the bugs will have been fixed.

hahahaha I already have but, have you looked at how many are up there? there's like 6000, and i have the cheapest one with a game and I still don't think it will sell

I called Target just to see what their return policy was and they told me there was going to be a 15% fee ($82), but then I realized the lady had no idea what she was talking about, and I talked to a manager... no fee phew
