OK, so I thought I might as well mention this in my blog here, maybe to generate some interest.
Like many others on Threadless, I'm interested in the Fine Arts as much as I am in Design. This is an art project I'm working on, and it's very much made by those who participate. So you should consider participating! From You, From There: A Postcard Project! www.fromyoufromthere.com When you're on a trip, you send postcards. But what if you could send postcards from far-off places even when you aren't on a trip? And not just any postcards, but limited edition, hand-drawn and hand-printed lithograph postcards! Original art, with no price-tag attached! Now you can! Make connections, share art... send a postcard! All you have to do is go to the website, choose a postcard, fill it out, and submit! It's as easy as that. I'm only in the UK until June 15th, so time is a ticking. Thanks! about Hope
so this blog thing is new to me, but i thought this was note-worthy.one of my best friends is a taiwan native, and she returned home for the summer. she was shopping in taipei with her mom and sister and came across no other than... my threadless winner??? a bootlegged version of my threadless winner? ![]() ![]() ![]() aparently she freaked out and excitedly told the man that one of her best friends had designed, and he sort of got scared and flustered. so now, of course, i am practically a star. |
