so i used to have my own website and it was just simply jstumpenhorst.com. well, about a year or so ago i decided not to renew my web service and basically didn't own the domain name or whatever anymore. well, i did a search on google for jstumpenhorst.com and apparently someone else is using that domain now!! WTF!!!! i don't quite get it!! that doesn't seem to me to be a common domain name!! LOL!!!!!!

so without further anticipation here it is!!!

omg!! it's one of THOSE sites. i think they just recognize whenever someone actually tries to access a domain name, whether it's registered or not. that's why i had to take sonmisonmi.com instead of sonmi.com... because look!!! damn them all!

They want you to buy it back.. people will pick up sites that the domain name has run out on because they think that people are being lazy and not renewing or just not paying attention so they grab them, hoping that when you do realize that its gone you will want it back and have to pay them much more then you would have to pay a domain registrar.

happens all the time.
