Canceled Order: Points Back
Has this happened to anyone else? Where you placed an order using your points, had it go through and everything, but then decided to cancel it for one reason or another...but didn't get your points back into your account?

Will I get them back? If so, do you know how soon? I've already sent in a request to Threadless, but would like to know as soon as possible if there is any chance that I'll get my points back - because the reason I canceled my order was because I wanted to add a shirt to it. I don't want to place this order again without my points - but want to place it soon - while we're having a $10 sale.

Is this a common occurrence? Has it happened to anyone else?

you should get a gift certificate via email. you don't get your points back.

Does the gift certificate cover the (in this case $3 for points) money that I lost?

Hey, I am in the EXACT same boat. I placed an order, but then they added a new T that I've been wanting for quite some time. SO, I cancelled the original order, then realized that all my points are now gone. Raemelle - did you ever get a gift certificate for the $3? If so, how long did it take to get it?

It has happened in the past where I got a certificate almost immediately in the email. But no code this time :/

How long ago did you cancel? The cancellation message said they'd be sent in a email, but no timeframe.
