Has another dodgy Ebayer ripped off the design? Sold by the designer? Can't find anything on this 'Playground' label.

If it is stolen, can anything be done?

Seems such a pity.

D'oh, broke the rest of my links:

Calling Home ripoff
JC Was A Streaker ripoff

At least the vast majority of this seller's items are not ripoffs--- if I recall correctly, someone in the blogs earlier visited Singapore, and not only found dozens of printed Threadless ripoffs, but also bought their own, unprinted (and unpaid-for, mind you) design right off their shelves.

Threadless pulled the first one because the design was stolen from someone else

A couple months ago I was in Chicago and stopped at Threadless to pick up some shirts. Coincidentally, the next store we went to, someplace called the Hollywood Mirror on Belmont -- only a few miles from the Threadless warehouse -- was selling unauthorized Threadless reproductions. One of the labels was "Playground". They were selling 5 or 6 repro's.

I reported this to Threadless and they had Hollywood Mirror pull the shirts. But who knows how many more are out there.

Whoever's running this Playground label seems to be cranking out the ripoffs.

isneked: Huh. Didn't realize it had been taken down. But it wasn't quite stolen, at least that's what I've gathered from this blog; rather it's a parody, but the I (heart) NY people are really, really overprotective of their logo.

Regardless, those designs are all ripped, and that kinda sucks.
