Have had issues changing my profile pic, but now that it has finally decided to work for me, just thought I would give a quick explanation... Her name is Aphrodite and she is the subject of an acrylic painting on primed canvas, painted by myself back in 2004 (wow, longer ago than I thought). In a sentence, my full painting is a statement on how society looks down on 'working ladies' and forgets that these girls are real people, often with interesting and colourful personalities. Enjoy ^-^
