I've been thinking about submitting a design to threadless for quite some time. I'm no graphic designer, and I'm not really all that good at art, but I've had some ideas for t-shirts, that I'd really like to be critiqued.
I've just been second guessing if I should submit my ideas, I sometimes think they are too corny, or too childish. How do those that have had designs win come up with your ideas? And how would someone like me, who has no design skills, draw it on the computer? I have Photoshop and a tablet PC, but are there any tutorials that you would recommend for fine tuning my design before submission.

Threadless is the label that distracts me from my schoolwork.
I'm an 18 year old college student, attending Alfred State College for Software Development. I stumbled upon threadless through a link on Joystiq.com, and have been hooked ever since! Shirts I Own:

True, some designers here are seasoned professionals and experienced illustrators but there are also designers that have little technical skills, no art education whatsoever or even no design experience at all and yet they are succesfull and have gotten their prints. Why? Because they are cut-throat and they NEVER give up. I suggest the same for you, doesn't matter if you have to submit 50 designs before getting a print, because if you really want it, you'll get it.
