Return Policy question??

about Monster & Cie

I just have a question, but I got this shirt today and it seems abnormally large. The shoulders are too big and it looks very off. I wanna return it for some Store credit or a GC would be fine, but do I get reinbursed for shipping it back? I'm not too sure if an item like this counts as defective.

yes i know it isn't but I just wanted to know if any of the bloggers were in a similar situation before. I'll be sending a formal email too.. but you guys are so busy right now. ^^;;

Different colored shirts fit differently. They will probably count it as you just not liking the fit unless it's sewn lopsided or something

i have returned a shirt before because it was too big.. "store credit" means that they will e-mail you a G.C. ... "refund" means they will give you your money back on the card your charged it on... and "exchange" which is the best, you can simply write in what ever shirt you would like as long as it is in stock
