it's trying to portray professionals (possibly business people) talking about serious things like money.. but the things in their briefcases are toys

I didn't get a sexist vibe out of this shirt at all. If it were meant to be sexist the girl would have a Barbie, or a doll, or a My Little Pony. I think the whole point of the shirt is to say that even when someone grows up and becomes an adult with responsibilities and grownup interests, the child they were a long time ago is still inside of them somewhere and they keep that part of themselves with them, hidden away.
