got some good feedback in crits, so i subbed. And now its up!!! Thanks for everyone that provided support, I hope this design does great.

HAHA im not designing for any competition this time. But i'm finally gonna start the elemental series that I've always wanted to do, but uh... never got to... procrastination!! yeah!

before i was too lazy to get into details of a design, but im gonna stick with my original style now. I like to add a sense to flow to a design and grace as well. Details can enhance just about any look.

here's a rough sketch of the queen of water elements.

yes the giant circle thing is supposed to be liquid.

i decided to go out of my normal little 'cold colors' design style and go with a gold outline to make the planet and star look like they're glowing. more colors will be added of course, but how does iit look so far?

Starbucks anniversary was recent (i work at one) and their design of the two tail siren intrigued me, so i came up with this piece.. took a couple hours of photoshop coloring.
