OK, so I really like the design but ... I don't really like the color.
so I'm wondering if I should buy it or see if they reprint it in the original sub color or a different color.
What do you think?

I'd wait. I don't see the point of using your money on something that is not the way you'd prefer.

yeah thats what i was thinking... i could see it looking a lot better on neutral or cream...

I am in the same boat as you.. I like the illustration but not the shirt color.. I want to wait for the Waiting for Sleep to reprint (by the same designer)

Pfft. I love the color. I have only one gold Threadless tee so far... but over seven of natural and over seven of brown. Personally, I'm glad to see a little variety and color. I'm tired of the overused brown and natural prints and it would do us all a little good to try new colors now and again. =)

I'd definitely buy it now. Threadless only reprints two or three shirts a week, usually only after they've sold out for quite awhile, and this one isn't exactly flying off the shelves as it is. Then when you consider Threadless' massive catalogue of stuff to reprint, a reprint seems even further away.

And after that there's always a good possiblity that Threadless dosen't change the color, or even worse, prints the design on a color you like even less. So yeah I'd say buy it now. Gold is actually a pretty nice color (I have two myself) and the design looks like it'd feel right on the color.

I love the color and the design is pretty, except I really dislike the face on it. It just bugs me. Oh well, I guess I should be really picky once I have over 40 tees :/
