I love that old drawing style from the pre-talkie era, but dang it is printed way too large. Another design I would have snapped up if it was screened at a more modest size. Guess I'm officially a grumpy-old-man now. :)
Bummer. I like the design, but won't be buying because the screening takes up too much of the shirt. A subtle design should have a little more subtle presentation.
Hey y'all,
The underground radio station I volunteer at (KALX in Berkeley) is having a design contest for bumper stickers and t-shirts. Having been a threadless fan for sometime now, it would be so cool to have design submissions come in from such a talented group. Some years they get real good design submissions and, frankly other years can be a bit...shall we say thin. Check out their design archives and you'll see what I mean. Which is why I thought I'd post a pointer to their design contest web page here. Thanks for reading, and keep on keeping on. cheers, Mike about HI
My 16 month old son has just started being verbal (he's up to about 10 words), and his favorite, most often used is the word "Hi." He particularly likes using it when we are out shopping, walking down the street or in a restaurant. Yes, he's quite the flirt. Anyway, long story short, I would so love to get one for him to wear now while he's still saying "HI." Any chance that y'all will be printing child size 2T? |
I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
I'm a DJ at underground radio station KALX in Berkeley. I also have a massive collection of T-Shirts going back, well, a long time. :) I'm guessing about 400. Shirts, not years.
So glad to be turned onto Threadless, I'm digging all the great designs.
