Designs are too big

I love this design, in fact i gave it a $5 but why is it so big on the shirt? it is so huge that, to me, you loose the idea that they are stenciled on the shirt. The size on the jacket is great, but the shirt, I think is too big. Anyone else agree?

You know what's not too big? That dude's legs. Why are they so short & stubby? Is he half midget? I bet he gets to legally park in Handicapped spaces.
