Silly bootlegging question perhaps...

...but threadless shirts purchased anywhere other than the website and the stores in Chicago are probably knockoffs, right?

I just wondered because I got an email from a fellow saying how he loves the T-less Sea Ghost shirt he bought at some urban vinyl toy store in Cali, but it shrank and yada yada are there any left... To which I furrow my brow and think, threadless at an urban vinyl toy store in California you say? Cuuuuurious.

Threadless shirts are definitely sold at boutiques as well. There are at least three stores in my city that sell them, and fortunately they're all legitimate shirts.

I'm pretty sure that theres a tobacco/head shop in Madison that buys Threadless shirts and resells them

oh, also if he saw your name on the shirt, I'm guessing it has to be a legit print. seems like it would be strange for knockoffs to give credit to the artist that they're stealing from.

i've seen some originals in second hand stores and boutiques.
