i have this shirt and everytime I am checking out at a store with a male cashier - they laugh and say what a cool shirt it is - with the ladies, they do not even give me the time of day

Well you are aware that a lot of times the girls' shirts cost a few bucks more than the guys' do. I find THAT annoying, and the $5 sales for girls are nice. If you're really desperate to be apart of the sale then buy your shirt from the girls' shirts. It'll fit you weird but...some people can be that desperate. (:.

Because girls don't buy the shirt, so they have to make it cheap enough for them to buy it.. i thought it was obvious. They have $5 sales for guys too but they're for the feminine shirts, just like how this is a "masculine" one.

The "girly" shirts are cheap because the fit is terrible. The sizes don't correspond at all to other companies' sizes. Threadless's XL is probably equivalent to a women's M from Cafe Press and other vendors. (Hey, Threadless, are you listening?)
