I have never had problems with my threadless shirts before, but the shirts that i have bought lately the hem has fallen out. I use the instructions on the shirts to wash them. Is any one else having this problem?

I have a couple of black threadless t-shirts where the stitching on the bottom (hem?) was melted at the time it was printed I reckon

same! I've been having this problem for about 3-4 of my shirts already and even those few that I've recently bought! Is it because of the change in t-shirt supply type?

I've had that problem, but i thought it was because of my wash and wear

I just got two new shirts a few days ago, and the hem fell out of one the first day I wore it! However, I haven't had any problems with any of my other shirts from Threadless.

I am having the same problem too. Usually it happens the first time I put it on.

I haven't had that problem yet, but now I'm worried!! Yikes. Do they take them back or replace them? The first wear or the first wash is a little quick to have it fall apart, and if people exchange or return them, threadless will definitely conclude there's a problem & hopefully, fix it.

its stamped all over teh lable. if there's a problem send it back.

i think you guys might be spinning them to fast in the washing machine. I just get the spin cycle to Hold, or set it on Slow and it saves the material.

I do say that some of the tshirts fo wear out faster than others =\
