The other day I was in a shopping centre and came across a design in one of the display windows of a popular Australian clothing chain that looks like an exact copy of the "For The Birds" t-shirt.

As active and loving participant of this great community, I feel it is my duty to let this sham be known.

Whoa. It ate the rest of my comment. Anyway, the I heart NY thing is all over the place in NY. It's not a copyrighted design. In fact, it's like, the state logo or something. So that's not infringement I don't believe.

But the two birds, practically spot on. Kudos to you.

I went past the shop again today. They've taken it all down. It's not on their website anymore either.

It was either just a promotional thing for their August catalog, or they got caught with egg on their faces.

It's especially funny when that article on my blog is the 6th result for the google search "Sportsgirl"

I saw that too! I went to Landspeed records and they had that shitty "touch me I'm famous" shirt (it's very old) and Calling Home! I thought "Why do they have a threadless shirt HERE? Did the guy who designed Calling Home copy this?"

Then I found out that Touch Me I'm Famous was a Threadless shirt as well and realised that the store were bastards. I mean, they had a whole rack of napoleon dynamite quote shirts. How shitty can you get?
