Bought this one before heart surgery
about Follow It
I saw this shirt literally a week before I went in for heart surgery and I bought two, one for me and one for my surgeon, he loves it. Really lifted my spirits right before surgery, thanks Threadless!

you guys make me feel guilty for wrecking a perfectly good heart with cigarettes. i'll have to work on that. that's cool that you bought your surgeon a shirt.
