No offense but the one deisgn that got accepted is absolutely dreadful. Even the cutout is abysmal.



On top of that, even a well executed design of similar concept would probably never get printed

In reply to asher27, The designs I submit ARE original. Yes I used the cutout filter... on my own original painting to make it fit the 4 color criteria. It's not nice to assume asher27.

And if that's the reason Threadless rejects my submissions, before they are designed with the cut out filter, they assume it must be from an image that isn't mine, then thats wrong.

i say enjoy doing them but dn't love them. so if they are declined you'll enjoy doing better ones and when they are accepted you'll feel fooking awesome.

They won't allow me to post images so here are links to my submissions that recently got rejected. If you goto my website, you will see all of them as my priginal works. The hermit crab and cat are paintings, and the Pete Townshend singing is from a wood cut print.

Now instead of being mean and just saying my designs suck, just reply if you have something useful to say. Since these designs are originally my paintings and such I did through college, I love them.

the crab one has potential, but it's badly painted and badly presented. if you clean it up and add a "hook" of some kind, like a beer can instead of a shell, then you might be onto something.
