Does anyone know whether there's a point when a past submission is considered buried in the graveyard? Take "Housewarming" on my list--it's been 212 days since scoring finished; should I hold out a glimmer of hope it might still one day grace a shirt? A shirt in my closet, to be exact.

What's the "oldest" submission to ever be printed?

I just looked at the Legal Terms and I guess the answer is probably ninety days, as it says:

The participant may display or archive the design in a portfolio or personal collection, but may not sell or reproduce the design for commercial purposes for ninety (90) days after the design has completed scoring. In addition, during this period, the participant cannot submit the design to another company to be potentially produced. Once this time frame has passed, if the design was not chosen for print by Threadless, the participant is free to use the design for commercial purposes...
