Constructive

Serving to improve or advance; helpful: constructive criticism

(definition taken from dictionary.com)

I am sick of seeing posts akin to "I just dont like it" or how about "that's sooo cliche". If you see something you don't like say why you don't like it and if you're really feeling up to it suggest a way to fix it. Just because something is cliche doesn't make it bad, so stop having posts only saying "I'm sick of penguins" "god damnit not another panda" and comment on the design.

"That's too cliche" is totally valid constructive criticism.
Threadless is innovative and cutting edge - or at least that's the impression I get off it - and if your design seems flash-in-the-pan or hackneyed, then saying so is constructive.
It's been done.
Try something else.
I try not to leave comments like that, myself, but sometimes they're apropriate.

Not only is "That's too cliche" valid criticisim, if its acurate it's self supporting.

No saying something is cliche won't help the artist at all with improving his design, it's akin to saying "DAT SUCKS TRY AGAIN KAY?" except it doesn't sound as juvenile. Cutting edge? PFFT. Threadless is a buisness they will offer whatever they think will sell well, which good well executed designs tend to. Saying something is cliche, is in it's own cliche, I don't care if you've seen penguins, I don't give a damn if this is the second panda entree this second, if it's well done it doesn't. An artist cannot fix something that's cliche but they can improve the way something looks. Either have real critiscism that can I don't know make a difference or shutup.

Yes I know, eye dunt spalle goode.
