Scoring themed sub's
I'm wondering how everyone scores a sub that was submitted for a particular theme/contest. If the design doesn't fit the theme do you score lower? Or do you score it as you would any other sub?

score it however you want, there aren't any rules for it. if you think it doesn't fit the theme, you don't HAVE to score it lower, score it what you think it deserves for a score.

I always try to take in account what they are designing for. When they had the Little Miss Sunshine contest, some people were complaining about so many VW van subs, not realizing it was for the movie.

The Crackers... I know there are no rules. I was just wondering what how others took the theme into account. I've seen a lot of subs in themes/contests that don't really fit the theme well, but the artwork is still really good... so I feel pulled in 2 different directions. ::shrug:: Thanks for the feedback!

Theme goes into consideration because that tells me weather or not someone really put their mind into the sub.
