Pain...help me...
Hokay, so here's the dilemma my neck hurts, it feels very much like a hoard of dogs taking bites at my right trapezius muscle. At this point I look like I'm desperately trying to eat my left shoulder.

Does anyone have any ideas?

put hot water in a hot compress bag? and use that?.. or take a hot bath?

I've had migraine's that cause pain from the base of my skull all the way down to my mid back.
