Has this been done? also should I keep it relatively simple or add more detail?

Funny concept. I think the execution needs to be somewhere near your prints and previous work. It just isn't there yet for me. The texture def added the next level.

Nice one.

I like it as-is. Minimal detail and color places emphasis on the blue screen. Only thing i would work on is the bottom part of his cloak. Right now it looks a bit squid like.

I do think you should centralise the text though, like it appears in the actual blue screen of death
