PLEASE HELP me remember a movie title!
it's a foreign HORROR film
came out late 90's - early 2000's

Two university girls travel to countryside to the farm house of one of the girl's parents.
One of them is a lesbian with short, blonde hair.

A creepy man in a truck sees them. he's a serial killer and keeps photos of all his victims in his truck.

He breaks into the farm house at night, kills the parents, and kidnaps the straight girl. The lesbian escapes and tracks him down.

The twist is--the lesbian is the KILLER!

What the hell is the name of this movie! I rented it from Blockbuster, so it's not that obscure. I CANNOT, for the life of me, find it.

It's been 3 hours, and typing the synopsis in google is NOT working.

HELP!!! I know there's someone who knows this!
