Stolen order :(
Well, I think someone stole my Threadless order. UPS shows it was "delivered"-- left on the front door. Grrr. Is there anything I can do? Will complaining to UPS do any good?

That's unfortunate. :^(

I wouldn't think UPS is liable for that, so I wouldn't think they could or would help out other than confirm that it was delivered.

I ordered a shirt recently and it's still not here. I don't think it's delivered though.

I'll do that Bio-bot, thanks. :P I'm ticked at UPS because their website says that they can leave packages in "a safe place, out of sight" at their discretion. My front door is not out of sight, and I doubt the driver thought it was really a safe place. But I kind of should have known; last time I ordered something, it was left "hidden" under my doormat.

Anyway, I did call UPS and talked to someone and they said Threadless has to contact them to initiate an investigation or somesuch. Bleh.

when did they say it was delivered? when was it expected to be delivered? how long has it been since they said it was delivered but it wasn't?
