This was in my cart. It was up on the computer and everything. All that was left was for my mom to put in the credit card portion of the form and then proceed. Yes, she's massively paranoid about credit card stuff online, but she's done it with threadless twice before. With that, I went off to college. A little less than a week later [today], I check the status on my order and all the shirts are in the cart except Poet-Trees. It was out of stock [in my size] and pulled out of my cart. [Good thing is, threadless ACTUALLY took it off my cart. Why is this good? Because if they didn't and ordered it without it being in stock, then how much of a downer would that be? There would also be a bit of a money mixup deal, I would imagine.

Anyways, I'm not here to complain [even if I already have, it's not my intention for this post]. So, let's reprint! Tally tallytally ho!

i thought putting your name on the design was taboo. i'm not complaining. i think it's actually neat.

So. How do resubs go?
Does this mean that you can sub a design over and over again?
Or is it conditional?
Like you need enough criticism to resub?

I feel like I have other questions,
but I don't know what they are right now.

Has anyone wanted a t-shirt so badly you'd do anything for it since you're too poor to get it and finally when you convince your mom, who is incredibly paranoid of buying anything online or is just massively paranoid in general, to buy it and you get it in the mail after dying [figure of speech] of impatience you end up wanting another one, and by another one you mean you want another one of the SAME shirt just in case you accidently ruin the shirt you just got and the fact that it could be sold out any minute now and possibly reprinted after a long time, in a new not-so-wonderful color, makes you go that much more insane because, again, you realize you're broke and you already did a massive amount of convincing, begging, etc to the massively paranoid mom since your dad, who doesn't have a credit card and is too technologically illiterate, would be of no help in the current situation?

Haha. That was fun. I'd make it a slogan, but somehow I doubt a [personal] run-on sentence will work out well. And if it's legit, [I don't mean to put this meanly], but I don't think it would've been a good idea to put a legit idea that amused myself and possibly others out in the open on a t-shirt designing competition site. hmm.

even before i came across this site,
i was always interested in designing
my own shirt(s).
[considering quite a bit of the teen population,
in my area, shop at the big name brands stores:
hollister, A&F, AE, blah blah blah]

about my independent shirts]

but i was particularly proud
of one i custom made for myself of course.
it's a neat idea because
no one else has to like it to be printed.
on the other hand,
it's still a one (wo)man job,
so it's tough.

anyways, my design
was nothing special.
Anyone [with a capital A] can do it.

i guess what i'm getting to is that,
i still really really want to design t-shirts,
but i don't have any drawing skills
on paper. and likewise and unfortunately
i don't have any drawing skills
on the computer. bummmer.
so i wonder if i belong here,
if i have no experience in drawing whatsoever.
last time i did art was in 6th grade.

I really do hope this shirt gets reprinted.
I don't see very many people with the same opinion,
but I figure it's worth a shot to post a topic
just in case some people are just too shy
to voice their own opinions
since almost everyone can be hostile
without warning.
