i dunno. i think it's the same as putting any artists' work, like dali, as your background wallpaper. granted, the artists may not feel the same way, but i personally wouldn't mind it!

I think it'd be more wrong if they were trying to actually do graphic design with it and claim it as their own work. A lot of people on myspace take whatever pictures they find and set it as their wallpaper. As long as she's not claiming she made it, then it's fine.

If whateverlife.com is using that graphic in a layout they offer, they are using it for commercial gain (whateverlife is a for-profit company.)

Could be a grey area...Whateverlife.com doesn't sell the images and layouts it makes available. It makes money exclusively from the advertisers on the website. The girl who founded whateverlife.com is a teenager. And--from her success on whateverlife.com-- a self-made multimillionaire. Just in case anyone was interested.

Come on people, read the Terms of Use on this website! You know the little button down there at the bottom of the screen that you don't care about. Yeah it has a purpose.
