Going to PERU! (mission trip blog)

In about 36 hours I'll be leaving the USA to go on a 17 day mission trip to Peru!

I'm going with Off The Trail missions.

We are going to orphanages, remote villages, doing feeding ministries, doing dental work, plus I'm the only guy in the group coming from Florida... I'll be rooming with 5 dental student guys from Scotland!

Needless to say I'm pretty stoked, seeing as I'm posting all this info on Threadless. But anyway, wish me luck and pray if you pray! Thanks!

Ok so ALSO, how many of you have been on mission trips or feeding trips or even something like a TOMS shoe drop before? Share your experiences here!

P.S.
I also have a couple designs up that I don't think I'll be able to check their scores until I get back in August. No internet in the JUNGLE.

Flying into Lima, then going to Pulcallpa (sp?) and surrounding villages along that river.

oh maaannnn I always wanted to go there. when I was a kid my parents planned this epic road trip all the way up to tingo maria through that area but then there was some political stuff and it never happened.
I have a friend from Pucallpa, it sounds like a nice place

yeah this'll be my first time to Peru. I've been to Guatemala, but I hear this is way different. This will be my girlfriend's 6th time there.
