Strikethroughs in slogans - how do you do it?

I'm wondering how you produce a word with a "strikethrough" (e.g., a line crossing it out) in a slogan submission. Advice?

I dont think you can. the slogan thing doesnt recognize html.

No, I'm pretty sure you can. I've seen others with it. It might have been a glitch but I'm pretty sure it was deliberate. I'm just not very savvy with coding. I've also seen weird things like question marks in diamonds. So I know there's a way to add nifty tricks. I just have, what I think is an awesome slogan idea, but I need to be able to do strike throughs.

i think the ones with lines through them means they have been removed or deleted.

I think the ? in the diamond thing is an unrecognized ASCII character, which is different than HTML. If it's short enough, you can note it in the slogan maybe..?

cigammon - thanks, I realize that when you "remove" a slogan a line is put through it. But I'm also pretty sure that I've been able to vote on others' submissions that have a strike through.

I guess some of the html codes are disabled. But there's obviously some weird symbols that get into the slogans. I saw a square today.
