Disney World sketches 2009

Hey guys! I just got back from Disney World again and I thought I'd share my sketches. I did two small books this time. I'm really in love with the small size moleskine sketchbooks now. Disney was awesome as always with so much to draw.

Also, a tip for artists who travel... if you need a good travel palette, an empty CD case does the trick. Just pull out the plastic guts and cover the front in stickers so that the inside is white (so you can see colors easily.) It worked for me when I lost my usual travel kit in the middle of the trip.

Awesome!!! I'll bet if the higher ups at Disney saw those, they would want to buy them all from you so they could sell them as postcards, books, etc. You really know how to capture a place.

Speaking of which, I still owe Chelly a letter (I haven't forgotten!) I promise I'll be doing it soon and I'll try to make it extra cool since it's taken so long.

I can't get over how fantastic these are.. The size just makes them even more adorable/perfect. I agree with Priscilla. Disney should snatch these up, and make them into postcards or something.

Yeah that's a cool hotel. The only thing I don't like is that it's really busy all the time, plus I generally prefer camping. We used to always stay at the Disney campground, but my niece and nephew need to get a little older before they camp.

Are those postcards at the top? If so, I want one!

I remember the Disney campground! It's the best! Really the only way to see Disney is to stay there. It costs a fortune but you just have to plan it as your vacation for the year.
