Declined for Poor Design, Im not so Sure
So i Just spent a while working on this design. It is my second one that has got declined. Now the first one I can admit was probably poorly designed but this one I feel wasn't.

semi-good idea but the rocks are not very rock-like and the socks look like hocky sticks

The socks/rocks could be more detailed, but I think it might also have to do with the fill-in-the-blank. There have been a few of these lately and they're not doing too well, so far as I can tell. People don't want to have to add to their shirts. Maybe design something that doesn't need a Sharpie to be finished?
