(they shipped me the wrong shirt!) UPDATE!!! :)
ahhhh

I bought my guy friend a medium in this WHEN IT WAS STILL IN STOCK.

I opended my package today and it had a guys medium Ad Noctum (Into Darkness) shirt instead.

My reciept showed that I bought Put the Needle On the Record.

Now I have to ship it back and wait, and what the heck, they better still have my guys medium there even though it says "out of stock" now right, since I purchased it before they were gone? And now I have to pay for shipping back (which they say the will give me back) but also for them to ship my replacement shirt back to me! And it's a christmas gift....


I've never had problems before but I'm annoyed since it's a gift and I purchased it before they were "out" of them and now might be very dissapointed. Comments? The shirt is perfect for my friend!

Hopefully they'll have some extras in stock. They won't make you pay for shipping back to you... but you'll have to pay to ship it to them.

You might want to email customer service and make sure you can exchange it...

people have been returning stuff, so maybe they'll have it in stock. or they have long sleeve and/or hoodie versions too i think..

but i think you should email their customer service and they'll be able to let you know for sure. or call them.

it says I can exchange it on the package, and I did email them to let them know that I did purchase it before they "ran out"...

I just hope they do have a few just in case of stuff like this or it'll be lame for them to say "oh well". It mostly sucks cause it's a christmas gift that would have been her in time but they say exchanges can take 2 weeks or longer...!

The time of the exchange seems to be more dependent on how fast you can get it to them. Usually the turn around on returns isn't too bad.

sale time puts a real strain on them i think?

once i got my order cloned- they sent me 2 exact same shirts with identical order #'s but in separate parcels!

just wanted to say that they are "sending" my correct shirt now, and I think it'll make it by xmas. They're also sending me a coupon code because of the mistake and aren't charging me a thing.
