This design isn't as immediately obvious as the other one. After a second or two, I figured out what it was. But at first I thought it was a ribbon or banner running down the building.

Thanks guys, I need to work on making it more obvious it's a slide. It was more obvious / easy to convey before I decided to draw using 2 colours.

Yeah I love the style - and I can't take credit for it - it's from the 'New York The Wonder City' posters. :)

i thought it was pretty obvious it was a helter skelter. maybe make it more fairgroundy? i would wear the shit out of that though - i like architectural based ones

Oh! It's more obvious to me now that I notice that King Kong is sliding down it. Earlier I thought he was climbing up, with one hand outstretched. I'm not entirely sure what I thought I saw.

I kept Kong in the same place. I think he looks better in the shadows - especially as not it's clearer that it's a slide. Right? ;/

But more like a ribbon than it did before? I know you guys have tornado slides in the states - but our version is called a Helter Skelter and it's a little more carnival/fair style. Crappy example:

ahhhh didn't realize it was a slide till the comments. You may need to throw in that third color. :0 Maybe some balloons? (not really slide related but helps with the circus/fun ride feel) There could also be a little more space between the slide and building so it's not clinging to the side. Then you would really see the support beam things that would help make it read as a slide. Maybe.

What about the rivet points where the sections of water slides (and I assume other twisty slides) are joined together?

And I agree with keeping him on the right, it's allows for his body to expand out a bit more.

I would get it more if it had more a water park slide feel, since I am more familiar with those than the Helter Skelter.
