I'm fully expecting to get it at some point. I thought we could keep a record of what happens in this blog. If you get it - let us know how bad it is and whether you survived. Let us know when it gets to your neighbourhood and if family and friends get it.

A girl at my work called in sick today but I don't know why. Maybe she has it. Or maybe she just has cramps. If she's in tomorrow we'll know it wasn't flu. And I'll definitely ask her about the cramps.

Things are hotting up now. 'Healthy' people are dying in London. The tabloids are getting ready to go into overdrive. I can feel the tension in the air as 100 laptops are opened in the capital waiting like old women at the gallows for another victim to fall.

My boyfriend definitely has flu. It seems to be more than just man flu, and I'm feeling a little bad for mocking him. His symptoms have become a lot worse over this evening :/

I suppose all flu could potentially be swine flu.

The flu is actually very different from a cold. While more than 100 different viruses can cause a cold, only influenza virus types A, B, and C cause the flu. More Information........

Someone's kids at my work had it a month ago, and survived.
As well as another employee diagnosed with it. And fully recovered.

The news needs to stop playing it up so much.
It's just as bad as the common flu!

My little sister caught it, but I think she's alright. She's a nurse and said it's not actually as strong as normal flu......yet.
