Red Hot Chilli Peppers

I've never really bought an album/listened to them, but they really are a great band. I think the funk grooves they get into sometimes are just fucking awesome. That is all.

Yeah I bet it is. Everything they have done impresses me - especially the work their guitarist did with The Mars Volta on their last album. Just amazing. Thanks, d3d, I'll check that out for sure.

Haha that was you I said that to, squintygirl? You should definately check them out. If you have iTunes, that's a great resource for previewing music. Pandora is also really good, and online, and free ;).

My first RHCP concert was at thirteen, and I came out smelling of several varieties of beer and at least three different kinds of smoke. That concert was a riot. The only downside was that the Foo Fighters were so smashed that they could hardly have been considered to be performing. Still, it was higly worth crashing.

i didn't read any of the replies but i consider this band to be one of the worst bands to be signed / make it big.

well... no.. i bet there are bands that are less deserving of having some hits... but yeah... anyways. i hate these guys. GOODBYE. i'll post again in a few moths.
