I have submitted a design for HelloGoodbye contest and received the above reply.. Can anyone tell me what does it mean? Could it be that I have sent it to the regular contest?

It says in the Loves rules about no resubbmitting.

i think they meant resubmit it in the loves comp, maybe you accidentally subed it in the regular
