I have no problem with four fingered individuals (three fingers plus a thumb) but the hands are looking a tad off.

I'd say the thumb on his right hand could use some work - and the index finger and thumb on his left hand look like they could uuse some attention.

I like the text because he isn't pointing at the viewer as in his classic pose, but rather at someone/thing else entirely. So the joke may be lost without it.

I think this is pretty solid. I think the pose is iconic enough to be widely recognized.

I don't know that I love the text though.
