Funny, cool idea! Need more sponge bob reference as said by alex and moguesy. Maybe some more sponge bob like colors rather than the lemon yellow and gray. You could also make it a bit more simple. One hand holding up the line and just one hook rather than a fishing lure. I've seen hooks on the show but not lures that I can remember.

Anyway, needs more work, but super concept :D

Yup, thought it was cheese and maybe Ronald McDonald's feet, so actually move it closer to spongey-ness and you should still be fine since you don't see his face. Seeing the right kind of shoes and maybe his tie poking out from under the hand would sell this, great idea!

Maybe make sponge bob face towards the viewer? The tie going over the fore finger of the bottom hand, and some baby blue eyes where the two dark green dots are? I dunno, just saying that I don't recognize the tie from the back view. Anyway, great idea, but you need to work on it a bit more so no one misses out on this really cool concept. Cheers!

It's getting A LOT better since last time i saw this man, I agree having Bob face the viewer is a much better way to go. Also, maybe make his sock a little more cutesy than stretched out like that? And yeah, halftones for the hand endings and you're good to go on this one!

i would integrate the parts more. Maybe more shadows and stuff so the objetc look more integrated. I think it is a great idea!

Looking good man. I agree with the halftones and shadows. Maybe try a shade or two less of the shirt color instead of flesh color for the hands, it might integrate better, especially with a halftone fade out at the wrists.
