hi. now that the sales going on I really want to buy some new shirts. but I'm having trouble deciding on what size.
usually, i wear a guys Medium(yeah, i know. chubbyyyyy.) but the past few "threadless"-type shirts I've bought have been too short. they fit fine everywhere else. but they're just too short. so, i'm thinking, get a guys Large. but i noticed on the size chart that its only a inch longer. so when i wash it won't it be too small again? and another factor is the width is two inches more. that might be too big. maybe i'm just over-thinking the whole thing.

but please help.

If a guys medium fits you, but is short, the large will be looser and so be longer on you. Am I making any sense?

yes you make sence. but its only an inch longer. so once i wash it, won't it shrink and then be shorter again?

I didn't think guys shirts shrank that much in the wash (you have to be more careful with the girly ones). I still think it has to look longer on you, but I have no grounding for this belief. We need mythbusters to confirm or bust it.

boobs make things difficult... go with the large. looseness should help all around.

and i'm pretty sure threadless' return policy is kinda lax (last i checked anyway). if it's still a bad fit, then you could just return it.
