heheh. I didn't think she was a good actress before, but then, after seeing Volver, I changed my mind, she acts really well, it was good for her to cme to the USa, she improved and dated all the cute guys (faked or not)

well she acted good in the spanish films. the choices she's been making in the US have not been good.. i wish she'll be offered better roles now

well i disagree with you. i think her best role so far is the one in volver, although i also liked her so much in "la niña de tus ojos" ,non ti muovere (acting in italian!), "sin noticias de dios "and "Todo sobre mi madre"



the american roles she's been offered are really shit...

I don't know that much about cinema, and I didn't see those films you mention by P. Crz, but those I've seen like "Todo sobre mi madre" her interpretation was so flat...

i agree with you that her interpretation in many of us movies is piece of shit. but.. she does really amazing well in volver. she got the main prize in cannes and deserves the nomination
