What does a guy have to do to find some shirt cuffs?

Alright.
I have been trying to find a place or website that sells shirt cuffs (WITHOUT THE SHIRT) forever.
I couldn't find any, or anyone who could help me.
So I decided to come here to Threadless to see if anyone knew where to buy them.
So...

also, i found that picture here, but they don't seem to have any individual cuffs, but there is a special request area. More than likely more expensive than if you got them somewhere else.
