shameful deletion of profile?

That's like the dumbest account deletion I've seen. Unless it's some sort of error.
shirtflirt
shirtflirt on Oct 06 '08 at 12:31pm
but sometimes you have to let people who 'get things' when clearly they don't, understand themselves.
you've perpetuated this users insanity which i applaud you for, hopefully they will post more blogs exactly like this, but i disagree, teasing is very necessary sometimes all the time online.

had the person not said they already understood the shirt, i wouldn't have found it so funny.

sometimes it is better to let a person figure out a puzzle instead of giving them the answer.

exercises the brain, reduces future memory loss.

sonmi

oh

i guess i just see not knowing what the "K" in "CMYK" stands for is different than "getting" the shirt. but whatevs
shirtflirt
shirtflirt on Oct 06 '08 at 12:38pm
if she doesn't know what the letters mean can she really 'get' the shirt as she says? let's discuss.
sonmi
   sonmi on Oct 06 '08 at 12:39pm
i think so, because you can understand that it's phonetically spelling "CMYK". that is all.
shirtflirt
shirtflirt on Oct 06 '08 at 12:40pm
ok, so it's a t shirt with letters to her. is that what this shirt is?
Steve The Great
Steve The Great on Oct 06 '08 at 12:41pm
sometimes you think you get something but you got something else instead.

like when they change the colors on the milk lids and you get skim instead of 2%.

sonmi
   sonmi on Oct 06 '08 at 12:43pm
okay this is my last response to this cause i gotta get back to work

but no, i think you can know what CMYK & RGB is and still have a question of one particular letter of it.

i didn't know exactly what "K" was when i first started working with color profiles. now i do. and now hopefully this user knows, if they're still reading.

goodbye!

i think the real issue here is why this shirt chose to use roman letters in the design instead of hebrew script?

it's the opinion of this writer that the designer of this shirt hates jews.
morsecoderain
morsecoderain on Oct 06 '08 at 12:48pm
I think the real question is: What is the letter K short for in the context of CMYK. We know it means and stands for Black, but all the other letters are quite obviously abbreviated as the first letter of the color:
C = Cyan
M = Magenta
Y = Yellow
R = Red
G = Green
B = Blue
K doesn't fit this simple pattern. It isn't obvious what it stands for. Does it come from the last letter in Black? Does it stand for Key? Does it refer to Knight Rider's car color?

Does anyone really have an answer?

i get it, but what does the K stand for?

the most intersting thing of this all is that you had a similar experience and so you didn't find the humor.

anyway, what she thinks she 'gets' is based on part of the information. which is funny. and humor is funny. unless you've felt a similar unfamiliarity. then i guess it has to be serious.

They use a "K" because Blue and Black both start with a "B". If it was CMYB it could be confusing to .......
