You might actually have to put a small "Opacity" below each one. I mean, even if people don't get the opacity reference, they will think it is something about living or dead. The opacity joke is funnier tho, and you wanna make sure it is clear without the title.

Or maybe just have one of them being adjusted by a mouse and have it say opacity on just that one?

why is the 0% one a girl and later it's a boy?

I like it a lot, I would change the start one to a boy and make the ghost hand on the left side the same as the right
