hmmm, I'm trying to confirm Vincent as a Vampire but i see most people don't consider him one. Elvira seems to be a vampire, on her website her buttons are bats and most sites describe her as "vampy". So confusing!

Yeah I agree theoretically, maybe he should be lowered but all over the internet he's considered a cool character, especially because of the Comic and the first movie. It's one of those charts where it will come down to personal taste, I'm not sure I can make a 100% accurate chart but I can try to make it as default as possible!

I think you should file her next to Edward in not scary and lame;

side info to confirm that:

I think less is more. Because I think the punchline is that Edward is lame and not scary so you don't need any more than you have now. Otherwise it just gets too cluttered and that gets lost. Then it looks just like a tribute to vampires instead. Although I do think you need Angel/Spike.

Also, to keep it less cluttered you should go with only one Vampire from things that have multiples. Having Lily and Grandpa so close to one another feels unnecessary.

Also, is Morticia actually a vampire? I thought the family was just weird.

I wouldn't include Mina because she wasn't a vampire in the original book or the League comic book either. It was just something they added for the movie.

I never said you said she should be included. The last comment I saw when I started typing my comment was the picture of Rayne, so I talked about that and the design. It took me two minutes to type it and in that time you talked a bit about Mina so I added my opinion on that because Dracula is my favourite book. I never said you said she should be included, so if you don't think she should and I don't think she should why is that so terrible? Is it that terrible we agree on something? I'm not trying to steal credit from anyone by talking about things that have already been talked about. I'm just adding to the conversation. I don't think DeeAnn is going to come in here and get all pissy at me for agreeing with her about Angel.

I'm pretty certain Orlok is Nosferatu's real name, maybe include the hands? Or simply name him Nosferatu.

Great advice guys!! SJ27 you are right about the concept, it is about edward being the very worst vampire in every way. However I have been considering the cluttering issue, and I know less is more, but when it comes to Threadless voters there's ALWAYS someone saying "What about so and so from whatever obscure source". Sometimes it's a debatable element like Vincent from FF or Morticia (though most sources describe her as a vamp). I do think this is a sub to get vampire fans debate and argue about who is cooler/lamer/scarier as evidenced in this blog. Some of the characters are awesome in the book or videogame but kind of shitty in the movie version (akasha, rayne, etc)

I do hope voters understand that it is impossible to get it right 100% as it has a lot to do with personal taste.
