CD Mixswap - Mixes Are Moving!

At sweet Twiggy's demand, I am resurrecting the mix swap. I has been a year since the last one so let's see what happens.

Theme
First and last. (last letter of a song must be same as the first letter of the next song) courtesy of the illustrious Mr. Shirt.

GET MIXING!
I will get addresses out ASAP. We have several peeps who are currently in transition with regard to their domicile, so I will ask everyone to forward those to me so I can send them when they get settled.

Here's the deal -
We pick a theme you make a mix based on it, burn it to cd and you send it to 3-4 people. In turn you receive 3-4 cds (and sometimes sundries) from others in the swap.

So if you are interested, here's what to do.

Please put CD Mix Swap as your message title.
Include your user name, real name and your address.

Please only sign up if you're serious so people don't get screwed.

I've been meaning to find time to make a new mix since my burner got fixed which was out of commission for almost a year now.

It's time to make music burrito supremes for our ears to chomp down on and enjoy again. Said burritos might also lead to the beautiful sounds making you nearly shit your pants as well.

Mike B's sent me some right purty song adventures in mixzwap's past, I must say indeed :)

Also, I better start listening to music again because all I've been in the mood for lately is lots of comedy...the wit of Patton Oswalt, Steven Wright and Paul F Tompkins being my drugs of choice for severe laugh inducement.

Well we are always gonna have the chance that someone slacks, but the ones I run I always send extras to whoever advises they did not get all of theirs.
End of the weekend bump. The fact that the blogs are always so dead now makes these things difficult to do.

I enjoyed doing this last year. My music collection is not as diverse as a lot of the people around here. This gives me a great excuse to work on changing that.

Twigs I usually do 2 weeks for sign up and then ask everbody to mail within 2 weeks. Also we may have out of the US folks. If anyone has issues mailing these, they can be sent to me and I will forward them.
