As soon as I read the title, I started singing 'And when I see you/ I really see you upside down...'

I think I'd like the shape of the head to be a little rounder, and less jerky with the lines.

i'd wear it for sure because it's one of my favorite
death cab songs,
and it fits perfectly with the first two lines.

i don't really know about his chin, though.

I don't like guy pointing the gun at himself, but I guess that's
part of the song that inspired the design. If it's not part of the
song, then definitely change the direction of the gun.

the brain stem looks a bit weird being so far away from
where his neck is

Thanks guys! It's all good feedback! I'm totally trying a new approach, so I suppose there's a grand possibility for failure in each new design, but hopefully it'll hit home for some people :)
