Horror contest, is this too creep for it?

I just finished a design here, and i was thinking it was too "evil" for threadless, but maybe not:

I think Farnell means get rid of the text.
Definitely looks good for the Horror sub. With a few more tweaks it could be more horrifying.

I like the text as a texture, its all from the original edition of the Divine Comedy i'll see what i could do about it then.
